Do I have to be home for the service?

No. As long as we are able to access your entire yard we will be able to perform the service and send you an invoice.

Are the applications safe for my family and pets?

Yes. All of our chemicals are safe around your home. The only exception to this is after outdoor lawn application, we recommend all people and pets stay off of your lawn until the product has time to dry properly. This is typically about 3-4 hours depending on the weather. 

How many times a year do you treat the lawn?

Our Basic Lawn Maintenance Plan includes 7 treatments per year but this may vary depending on your needs. If you choose our enhanced Premium Lawn Maintenance Plan, it includes 9 treatments with additional preventative disease and pest treatments. 

What if I cancel?

You are welcome to cancel at any point, however, we cannot guarantee that your lawn will be weed free and green if you don’t complete all the steps.

How long should I wait after an application before I water or cut the grass?

It is typically best to wait 24 hours before watering the grass after application. Also make sure that within 3-4 days of the application the grass has been watered to allow the product to sink into the soil and provide the best results. As for cutting, this may be done the day after watering.
